Koh Muk, Koh Ngai, Koh Kradan
Koh Muk, Koh Ngai and Koh Kradan are three islands located at a short distance from Koh Lanta. They gained popularity with tourists and Nature lovers due to the fact that they are part of a group made of 4 islands. As a matter of fact, they are included in tours especially organized for tourists.
The sights in between these islands are truly spectacular. The most amazing of them all is the Emerald Cave. Situated on the West side of Koh Muk, Emerald Cave is a great place for swimming in the dark. The cave is really dark and windy. After you swim for some time, you get to arrive at a hidden beach surrounded by astonishingly high walls that are coated with rich and beautiful flora and fauna.
Koh Kradan is mostly visited for its fine, powdery white sand beaches. It is considered these are the most beautiful beaches along the coastline of Trang. This destination is a great place for romantic lovers. On Valentine’s Day, annual underwater wedding ceremonies take place. Hundreds of spectators and couples come here especially for this reason. The place offers truly spectacular panoramas.
Koh Ngai is recognized for its truly stunning beaches located on the East side. The rocky headlands in the West are also good for sightseeing. This is a great destination for Nature lovers as it offers interesting thins for both flora and fauna lovers. You could watch crab-eating monkeys, all kind of migrating birds and monitor lizards
All the islands have clear waters that are ideal for diving and observing the marine life. You will walk on the finest sand your feet have ever encountered. Take your binoculars with you and watch the migrating birds. It is best to visit the Emerald Cave when people are no longer visiting it in so much numbers.
